How does the proposed joint active and passive anti-jamming beamforming scheme utilizing quantum particle swarm optimization (QPSO) algorithm improve the signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) and achievable rate in dual reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) assisted uplink cellular communication systems, especially in the presence of malicious jamming users with known positions?
