IEEE/ICACT20240287 Answer.1
Answer by Auhor refik.kizilirmak@nu.edu.kz   2024-02-06 ¿ÀÈÄ 2:14:33
How does the implementation of Delay-Tolerant Networking (DTN) using contact graph routing (CGR) at layer-3 and Licklider Transmission Protocol (LTP) at layer-4 facilitate data transfer efficiency in an inter-satellite relay network comprising Low Earth Orbit (LEO), Medium Earth Orbit (MEO), and Geostationary Orbit (GEO) satellites, considering their different orbiting speeds and dynamic behaviors? Due to the efficient routing of the CGR and the reduced acknowledgement overhead feature of the LTP, adaptability to varying orbiting speeds and behaviors is achieved. Reasons being, DTN, CGR and LTP are designed to handle such dynamic environments by adapting to intermittent connectivity, varying signal propagation delays and changing network topologies.
