What is the main novelty of your research? The novelty of this research lies in integrating Artificial Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence into a single leadership framework for IT project management. While prior studies examined AI and EI separately, this study demonstrates how AI-driven efficiency and EI-driven leadership can complement each other. The framework is empirically grounded through qualitative data and validated by an industry expert, making it both theoretically sound and practically applicable.
