Thanks a lot for your work. It seems that the evaluation results have not been given in this paper. So could you provide some comments for the evaluation results?	For experimental evaluation, we collected the data in the Sejong bicycle-sharing system by collaborating with Sejong City in Korea. Now, we are preparing experimental results.
