How is this research particularly relevant to machine-type communications (mMTC) and the Internet of Things (IoT)?	mMTC and IoT require massive connectivity and efficient multi-access resources for both uplink and downlink transmissions. To address these challenges, this study proposes the SCMA-SIC technique based on a coded SCMA system, aiming to enhance system reliability and improve multi-user detection accuracy.
