How do you envision measuring the impact of the proposed policy reforms on the UAQTE program and its stakeholders?	By combining quantitative and qualitative approaches, engaging stakeholders, and implementing iterative feedback mechanisms, the envisioned measurement strategy aims to provide a holistic understanding of the impact of policy reforms on the UAQTE program and its stakeholders. Likewise, incorporating innovative tools, such as the "Boses Ko" toolkit, enhances the real-time analysis of responses from student beneficiaries. The integration of this toolkit adds a dynamic layer to the strategy by providing a platform for instantaneous data collection, analysis, and feedback.
