the study is mainly for IT projects. Any insights about other domains? such as Construction or Healthcare, where physical safety and human lives are directly at stake? Thank you for your question . Although this study focuses on IT service projects, the AI–EI integration framework is conceptually transferable to high-risk domains such as construction and healthcare. In these sectors, AI is already used for predictive risk analysis, safety monitoring, and early anomaly detection. However, because physical safety and human lives are directly at stake, Emotional Intelligence becomes even more critical. Leaders must ensure AI recommendations are interpreted carefully, communicated clearly, and ethically applied, especially when decisions affect worker safety or patient outcomes. While the core framework remains applicable, these domains would require stronger ethical governance, domain-specific regulations, and human-in-the-loop decision models. Future research can adapt and validate this framework specifically within construction and healthcare environments.
