Thank you for your presentation. In this study, it is shown that the proposed rule can detect both clustered wallets and peripheral wallets. As detection technology develops, criminals' hidden skills will also increase. Is the rate of development of detection technology faster than that of criminals? In addition, even if a suspicious wallet is found within a blockchain network, it is impossible to specify the identity of a criminal by itself. As far as I know, it detects criminals through gaps such as the process of converting cryptocurrency into real currency, is there a technology that can specify the identity of criminals if they are cautious in this regard? Thank you for your question. Indeed, criminals may develop hidden skills to avoid detection, this makes current rules out of date and decrease detection rate. Therefore, one of our objectives is to discover the rules based on cryptocurrency transaction policy instead of human behaviors. Nonetheless, we are still trying to develop more efficient rules that can detect unknown patterns if we can collect more transaction records. As far as our knowledge, normal cryptocurrency users can¡¯t trace to the identity by its address. However, most of the countries have laws that support law enforcement agencies to regulate exchanges to provide the identity of the user who commit serious crimes. And the requests must legally from the jurisdiction authorities.
