I know that CAP is mainly used for disaster warning, can it be used in other fields (eg, building management through IoT sensing)?	This is a great idea to expand the scope of the CAP. However, in the case of IoT, a lot of throughput may be required in order to receive and parse XML-based CAP, so a plan to reduce weight should also be considered.
