Thank you for presenting such an interesting research. I would like to know what factors are attributed to the value of arrival rate to the charging station and the state(busy or not) of the charging station? In addition, do you have any plans for future work such as deploying your algorithm in a virtual or real city?	Our main author has personal issues. So we have a problem for giving suitable answer to questioner. We suppose to send e-mail soon. Thank you
