How can be the practical impact of this proposed solution? The theoretical analysis is based on the knowledge of some data, can we assume to know them? how this information can be collected and how it may affect the accuracy.	The algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively optimize the power allocation between NOMA nodes in the transmitter, which provides a feasible solution for the construction of underwater wireless optical NOMA network system. Our current work is all simulation experiments based on marine environmental data on account of limitations of the experimental environment, so the data collection is obtained in a single simulation experimentthe.If the data is too biased, we will conduct multiple experiments to determine the reliability of the data.
