How does MANO select the time range to calculate z-score and MAD for "Spikes/Dips Time Series Pattern Detection" as choosing a long time range can include data points from before level shifts, causing the the mean and standard deviation to be skewed leading to z-scores being incorrect We allow users to choose the time range for data collection and analysis. The default time range is 30 mins before the incident to the start of the incident.
