How does the proposed blockchain-based IIoT framework address the security, reliability, and operational challenges faced by traditional centralized smart factory systems? Blockchain's decentralization addresses the single point of failure issue, enhancing the reliability and availability of the entire system. Additionally, the integrity and transparency of blockchain help prevent manipulation of information within a smart factory, thereby increasing trustworthiness. In this way, the framework is believed to resolve issues present in traditional centralized smart factories.
