Great work. I think it would be of great help in criminal investigations if we could investigate the financial flow by specifying these rules as shown on slide 11. But what I'm curious about is Bitcoins's wallet address, not criminals what I've investigated in this paper. With regard to the anonymity, the pros and cons of the blockchain, is it possible to map the coin's wallet address to a ciminal? I don't think it can be mapped. Then I wonder what are the social benefits of identifying addresses. Are exchanges banning transactions involving suspicious addresses? Thank you for your question. I agree with you. As far as our knowledge, normal cryptocurrency users can¡¯t trace to the identity by its address. Although exchanges are banning transactions involving suspicious address, however, most of the countries have laws that support law enforcement agencies to regulate exchanges to provide the identity of the user who commit serious crimes. And the requests must legally from the jurisdiction authorities.
