Why were the learning rate and the epochs set to 0.1 and 30? Do the different values of the learning rate and the epochs affact the accuracy?	As far as I know, the values of the learing rate and the epochs always affact the accuracy of deep learning methods. It is a critical issue to optimally determine those values in deep learning.
