If you want to obtain an optimal value and Lagrangian multiplier vectors, find values which satisfying KKT conditions. We can get optimum Lagrange multiplier vectors using equation (7) and listed conditions. But, We focus on optimization problem modeling. So, we skip process for obtaining a precise optimum value. Reference [2] gives the basis for VEN routing. But it provide insufficient information for reappearance. So we will study to make optimum values and system reproduction, in the future.

We simulate optimization problem that described in equation (3). The parameter values, which are used in simulation, are listed in table. The figure shows relation between transmission rate and total energy loss in given energy path. Because total energy loss is determined by transmission rate in given energy path condition, a linear graph is gotten. Black line is energy transmission rate without any constraints. In the black line, segment of a line bounded by red squares is transmission rates, which are satisfy all constraints. With all constraints, minimum transmission rate is about 3.5.

Equation (6) is dual problem of primal one. It contain a dual function and constraints of multiplier vectors. We can get optimal value by finding values satisfying KKT conditions

Equation (4) is Lagrangian of equation (3). Dual function is defined to equation (5).

The method of Lagrange multipliers is a strategy for finding the local maxima and minima of a function subject to constraints. The dual problem is defined as the sum of multiplying the multiplier vector to constraints of the primal problem.

As we have said above, optimization problem with given energy path is linear problem about only one variable, transmission rate. So we apply Lagrange multiplier method to approach this problem The constraints of Equation 2 are organized as equation 3.

We exploit the conditions of the existing optimization problem, equation (1), to maximize energy transfer while minimize energy loss. Equation 2 is modified optimization problem. As you can see, transferable energy is fixed as maximum value.

Reference [2] suggest energy loss optimization problem. In VEN, energy loss can be caused by (dis)charging efficiency. Energy loss minimization problem have to satisfy conditions which are transferable energy unit in the required period, transmission rate, vehicle capacity of road, energy required amount. It can be seen complicate. but, If energy path is determined, we can treat more easier, because, transmission rate is only one variable.

Vehicular energy network is built upon a road network and there are dynamic (dis)charging facilities. When a particular EV comes across a road junction, it is wirelessly charged with a small amount of energy. When it reaches an appropriate road junction, it discharges the energy and then the energy is stored in a storage facility for subsequently charging another EV. So energy flow is formed from source node to destination node When transfer energy in VEN, there are many purpose. For example, energy loss minimizing, delay minimizing, and so on. To meet these goals, energy path routing is important. reference [2] provide basis for energy path routing.

Vehicular energy network is a vehicular network capable of transmitting energy effectively over a large geographical area by means of EVs. It is built upon the existing road networks, where EVs traverse the vehicular network along certain routes. To build VEN, Wireless (dis)charging facilities and small energy storage are installed at certain road junctions. Also, Advanced vehicular communication technologies are required to acquire the travel plans of participating EVs and a set of vehicular routes

A smart grid is advanced electric power system that integrates conventional power system and information and communication technology. Also it integrates renewable energy systems, energy storage systems, smart metering. Smart grid can operate flexibly depending on their operational purpose. Electric vehicles provides advantages over the conventional vehicles using fossil fuels. For example, less noise, more easy maintenance and less pollution. Many companies are eager to develop electric vehicles, and many policies are being announced to support electric vehicle development and diffusion in many countries. Advances in intelligent transportation systems and smart grid technologies have the potential to revolutionize urban transportation systems and power systems
