Hi everybody, my name is Nadege NDASSIMBA. For ICACT 2021, I have cooperated with three partners from Network Computing and Telecommunications Laboratory (LIRT) of University Cheikh Anta Diop of Dakar in Senegal. Central African educational system has been devastated by repeated militarism-political crises.
80% of the territory is occupied by rebel groups. Many children in these areas do not attend school.

In elementary school, several digital learning solutions are based on digital games.
However, our approach uses moodle on a raspberry pi 3 box on which the course content is deployed.
The teaching method is active learning in which students are assisted by teacher-parents in the absence of qualified teachers who have fled conflict zones by accessing the platform via tablets connected to the Wi-Fi provided by moodlebox.
Education: key tool for positive change.
Without education, no sustainable recovery, reconciliation and peace in a country. |

Here is the description of our proposed architecture.
In the descrition of the access network
MoodleBox works on a client-server model. It includes the Nginx web server with PHP and MySQL. The learning platform is designed based on the image of MoodleBox 3.8.
Tablets, smartphone, laptop must connect exclusively via Wi-Fi from the MoodleBox platform in order to access the local site of the digital school using a web client.
MoodleBox assigns dynamic addresses to the connected devices.
Each client must have an account created on the platform for access.

We conclude our presentation with the following terms:
This solution digital elementary school with MoodleBox deployed allows to increase the enrollment rate in the Central African Republic by using the parents of children residing in the camps for internally displaced in a conflict zone with the support of the titular teachers, thus giving these children the opportunity to receive an education.
At a time when several million children have been deprived of their right of education in certain regions of African countries, our solution would be indispensable first for the schooling of this children and then the promotion of digital education in these conflict zones.
