The 6th International Conference of Advanced Communication Technology (ICACT 2004), together with the technical sponsorship of IEEE Daejeon Section, was held so successfully at Phoenix Park, Korea on February 9-11, 2004.
ICACT2004 Technical Program Committee (TPC) accepted 207 papers among 254 papers submitted that were carefully examined by 11 expert reviewers. The accepted papers were submitted from 22 countries that occupied 30 percentages, 61 papers.
