The 7th International Conference of Advanced Communication Technology (ICACT 2005), together with the technical sponsorship of IEEE Daejeon Section, was held so successfully at Phoenix Park, Korea on February 21-23, 2005.
ICACT2005 Technical Program Committee (TPC) finally selected 269 papers of 20 countries to be presented in the technical sessions from total 362 papers received. The accepted papers were examined by 80 expert reviewers. The conference consisted of 43 sessions including an invited session with remarkable world experts.
