Notice: Presentation Platform Guidelines for Hybrid Conference
|
General Requirements
Presentation Slides: All authors are required to submit their presentation slides.
Platform Purpose: As this is a hybrid conference, the TPC provides a web-based platform to facilitate engagement
for both in-person and online participants.
YouTube Uploads: Providing a YouTube is optional for in-person presenters but mandatory for online participants.
All speakers are welcome to use their videos during their sessions if needed.
Online participants must access the platform during the conference to respond to Q&A sessions in near real-time.
In-person participants use it to Q&A.
Submission Instructions
1. Slide Conversion: Please convert your PPT slides into .jpg files (Minimum: 20 / Maximum: 40 slides).
Each slide must include full verbal descriptions.
2. Platform Upload: Submit each slide along with its corresponding detailed explanation via the Presentation Platform.
3. TTS Check: Review each slide using the TTS (Text-to-Speech) audio feature.
Please remove any special characters to ensure smooth audio playback.
4. YouTube Requirement: YouTube links are strictly mandatory for online participants only.
Session chair will play the YouTube presentation for online participant in session.
5. Interactive Q&A Session: A near real-time Q&A session will be held via the webpage.
Online Participants: You must ask at least 10 questions during the event.
Failure to do so will result in a "No-show" status.
Response Policy: Online authors must respond to all received questions.
A minimum of 10 responses is required during the event period.
Failure to respond to any questions will result in a "No-show" status,
and the paper will be rejected from the IEEE Xplore Digital Library
6. Modification Period: Submitted slides can be modified until the end of January.
7. Session Utility: During oral sessions, all attendees may use this platform to access PPT slides, YouTube videos,
and the Q&A feature.
8. Evaluation: Session chairs will evaluate each presentation via this platform,
and the results will be automatically submitted to the TPC.
